history

Harbour Shores Church began in the hearts of the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism as they were targeting strategic areas in the United States in which to establish Bible-believing local churches.  On April 25, 1980 the dream became a reality as Harbour Shores Church was started in a storefront building in downtown Cicero, Indiana.

Two years later, Pastor Don Jennings II began as the pastor and served at Harbour Shores Church for 35 years along with his wife, Lisa.  Pastor Don's preaching created a lasting legacy for sound, Biblical preaching and teaching.

Within its first few years the church bought property and began to build on its present location in Noblesville, Indiana.  Now with 20 acres of land and over 80,000 square feet of building space, every week people from all over Hamilton county (and beyond) come together to worship our great God and King, to study His Word, to serve and encourage each other, and to intentionally and compassionately live and proclaim the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ in our community.

For more than 35 years our goal has been to impact Central Indiana with the truth and love of Jesus Christ!  God has certainly done wonderful things in and through His church, but there is still so much more to do.  And so, until He comes we are lovingly committed to living and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ in our community.
