Pastor Stephen Schultze

Stephen Schultze, Pastor for Congregational Life

Stephen Schultze has been blessed to be a part of the local church at Harbour Shores since moving here from a previous ministry in Waterloo, Ioaw in 1999. Stephen and his wife, Lora, were married in July 1992 and moved to Indiana in 1999. The Schultze family loves living and serving in Hamilton County along with the body of Christ at Harbour Shores. In 2013, Stephen completed his M.A. in Christian Studies at Trinitiy Evangelical Divinity School (Deerfield, IL).  He is currently an Elder (Pastor for Congregational Life), serving on the preaching team, and leading an Adult Bible Fellowship. He also serves as the Senior Chaplain for the Noblesville Fire Department and is board member for Tri Grace Ministries

Fritz Family

Chris Fritz, Pastor for Preaching & Worship

Chris Fritz has been serving at Harbour Shores since January of 2007. Chris is originally from northern California but later moved to southern California to attend The Master’s College. He graduated from there in 2002 as a Church Music Major with an emphasis in piano and a minor in Bible. In 2019, Chris completed his M.A. in Christian Ministry, with an emphasis Homiletics, through Liberty University. In addition to overseeing the pulpit/preaching ministry and music/worship ministries, Chris helps lead and teach in the CLASS ABF. Chris married his high school sweetheart, Anna, in 2001 and they have three beautiful daughters and one boy.

Vohwinkel Family

Matt Vohwinkel, Director of Student Ministries

Matt Vohwinkel has been serving as Director of Student Ministries at Harbour Shores since July of 2018. Matt Graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 2010 with a degree in Pastor Ministries. That same year he and his wife Olivia moved to Columbus Ohio where he served on staff at Northwest Chapel Grace Brethren Church as their Pastor Of Student ministries for five years. They have three boys (Jacob, Judah, Jonathan) and live in Cicero. In his free time, Matt enjoys fishing, yard work, & spending time with his family.

Lora Schultze


Lora Schultze, Children's Ministry Director

Lora Schultze has been a member of Harbour Shores Church since 1999. She accepted the position of Children's Ministry Director in 2018. Lora completed a degree in Elementary Education from Bob Jones University and has taught children of all ages both in schools and church settings. Lora accepted Christ as a child and has a passion to share God's Word with both parents and children. She is married to Pastor Stephen Schultze and spent many years working alongside him in the area of Youth Ministry.  Lora and Stephen are blessed with three amazing children (Clay, Will & Alaina) and live in Cicero, Indiana.  When Lora isn't teaching or leading children's ministries, she enjoys reading, gardening and spending time at the beach.

Amy and Patrick Fata


Amy and Patrick Fata, Directors of Worship Ministry

Amy & Patrick Fata have been serving as music directors at HSC since October of 2017. Amy and Patrick met at Huntington University in Huntington, IN. Amy, from Hillsdale, MI, and Patrick, from Paris, France, married after graduating as music majors in 1996 and continued their education in music performance at the Jordan College of Fine Arts at Butler University in Indianapolis, IN. They have traveled across the states and abroad with their music ministry and have both served as adjunct faculty at Taylor University in Upland, IN. Amy is also the choral director at Highlands Latin School of Indianapolis, and Patrick writes curriculum for Memoria Press and also accompanies for the Indianapolis Youth Chorale and the Indianapolis Children’s Choirs. The Fatas have released five CD projects and continue their songwriting efforts. Their greatest creations, however, are two precious daughters, Liliana and Sabrina.

Fritz & Lynnette Good

Fritz Good, Director of Counseling Ministry

Fritz and Lynette Good have been serving with Harbour Shores Church since 1990. Fritz was a Master Trooper with the Indiana State Police for twenty-one years, serving primarily in Marion and Hamilton County. They were the first missionaries sent by HSC in 1993 to Saint Petersburg, Russia with the Co-Mission for a one-year assignment. During this year, they felt the call of God on their lives to pursue career foreign missions. Their desire was to return to Russia, but God closed that door and opened an opportunity for them to be church-planting missionaries in Berlin, Germany. In January of 2002, the Good family moved to Berlin to plan and establish CrossWay International Baptist Church. Fritz' primary roles were counseling, discipleship, and oversight of children's ministries. In 2017, Fritz and Lynette strongly sensed the Lord was redirecting their future, so they moved back to Noblesville, Indiana, primarily to be strategically involved in HSC and to care for both of their widowed mothers. In January 2018, Fritz accepted the role of Director of Counseling Ministry. He has a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Counseling from Faith Bible Seminary of Lafayette, Indiana. Fritz and Lynette have four grown daughters, two son-in-laws, two grandchildren, and are anxiously awaiting their third grandchild to arrive, a two year old abandoned Chinese boy! God has blessed our family in such amazing ways!

Blair Family

Rob Blair, Elder

Rob and Cricket have been members of Harbour Shores since 2000. Together they have taught Jr. High for 4 years and have hosted a Bible study in their home for close to 20 years. Rob has taught several Sunday evening electives, adult Sunday school classes and has written several HSC curriculums which include: "The Quest" and "The Case" for Jr. High youth group, "The Walk" for discipleship and sanctification, and "Special Forces" designed to train, equip, and motivate men towards Christ-likeness. Rob and Cricket have 2 sons, Caleb and Joshua, and have recently been blessed with a precious daughter-in-law, Hannah (Overdorf), in 2017 when she and Caleb were married. Rob earned a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design (R.I.S.D.) and an MFA from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). He's been employed by the same company for over 24 years as the "Director of WOW!" in their Marketing Department as a graphic designer and multimedia specialist. Rob & Cricket also serve on the board for The Attic Theatre and enjoy using their creativity together, both on stage and behind the scenes. Whether in their church family, at work, or in the community, they consider it a high privilege to be able to serve their risen Savior, Jesus Christ, by the power which God the Spirit supplies, all for God the Father's glory. Joe Futrell

Joe Futrell, Elder

Joe and Ruth have been members of HSC since 1990. Joe has served as an Elder at HSC since the church adopted Elder Leadership. He and his wife live in Britton Falls, an over 55 community in Fishers, IN. They have 3 adult children. Joe served as 1st Lieutenant, US Army Field Artillery in Vietnam in 1969-70. Joe received his BS from Ball State and his MBA from Lewis University in Lockport, IL. Since his retirement in 2016, Joe continues to teach at Indiana Wesleyan University as adjunct professor in the College of Adult and Professional Studies. Joe leads the Seeker ABF and serves as chairman of the Local Outreach Committee.

Steve Kincaid

Steve Kincaid

Steve and his wife, Debbie, has been attending Harbour Shores since 2003.  Steve served as a Deacon from 2011-2017 and has been an Elder since the fall of 2017.  Steve and Debbie have two sons, both of whom are now in college.  From about 2014-2016, Steve led a community men’s Bible study through the first 12 chapters of the Gospel of John. Steve has also been part of the HSC Constitution team which drafted a new proposed church Constitution.  Steve currently leads an Adult Bible Fellowship and serves with the Harbour Shores Mission Council and the Greeting Ministry.  Steve graduated from Indiana University (Bloomington) and the Indiana University McKinney School of Law (Indianapolis).

Dwight Lindman

Dwight Lindman, Elder

Dwight Lindman and his wife, Celeste, have been at Harbour Shores since 1995 and has served as an elder since 2006. Throughout his time at HSC, Dwight has been active serving in children’s ministry, singles ministry, missions, Jr. High Youth Group, Crown Financial Ministry, Walk of Repentance, Music/Worship Ministries and in the “Living Water” Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF). Dwight is a graduate of Purdue University and he and his wife have four boys.

Steve Kester

Steve Kester, Elder

Steve and his wife, Nyla, have attended Harbour Shores since 1990. Steve serves as the elder over our AWANA Ministry. In addition to that, he teaches and leads in the Alpha Adult Bible Fellowship. Steve earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Letourneau College. Steve and Nyla have one son.

Don Pagdin

Don Pagdin, Elder

Don, and his wife Elaine, have been attending Harbour Shores Church since 2008. They have two adult daughters. Don served as a Deacon (2012-2017) and has been an Elder since the autumn of 2017. Elaine was awakened to her need for a Savior in 1969, and Don in 1973. Married in 1982, they settled in Northern New Jersey. Don served as an elder in their church for 10 years until moving to Indiana in 2006. Don produced two albums of Christian hymns (1978 and 1979). Elaine taught 4H sewing, and was a school nurse. Don and Elaine have led PTM discussions on Marriage Enrichment, and he occasionally leads PTMs on Theology, and Science & Faith. Don serves in various ways for Men’s Ministry, Pastoral Visitation (including Retirement Home and CARE ministries), Book promotion (“sell your bed and buy a book”), and Theological Research (Constitution Committee, Statement of Faith review, etc.).

Paul Radcliff

Paul Radcliff, Elder

Paul has attended Harbour Shores since 1997 and became an elder in 2018. He and his wife Nancy have 5 adult children and 8 grandchildren. Paul is active as a leader in AWANA, works in the Nursery and served as a deacon. He earned a B.S. degree in math from Cedarville University and an M.S. in School Administration from Butler University. He spent 36 years at Heritage Christian School and currently is self-employed.

Charlotte Prough

Charlotte Prough, Administrative Support

Charlotte Prough has served as Administrative Support for Harbour Shores for 26 years. She is grateful to God for calling her to this ministry and loves serving her church family. A former high school teacher, she taught French to home-schoolers in the church for eight years before “retiring” from teaching. Charlotte and her husband, Dave, have three grown children and seven grandchildren and have served together in the church nursery ministry for many years.

Scott Lewis

Scott Lewis, Facilities Manager

Scott Lewis has been Facilities Manager at Harbour Shores since 1998. He graduated from Vincennes University with an A.S. in Electronics Technology in 1983 and does a phenomenal job overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of all the buildings, facilities and grounds here at Harbour Shores. Scott and his wife, Rebecca, serve and minister faithfully here at HSC and have three wonderful children. Scott is an all around awesome dude.  We wouldn't know what to do without him!
